Yasaman is from Tehran, Iran. She received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tehran, a Master of Architecture from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Design Computing from the University of Washington. Yasaman is experienced in the areas of housing, mixed-use, education, public projects and urban design and has practiced in the U.S., Iran and Turkey. Yasaman is the founder of studio chahar, a research-based architecture practice formed as a platform for collaborations that create a positive social, economic and aesthetic impact.
